测量范围

软件系统提供了五个测量模块：核酸，蛋白质，细胞溶液，微阵列和常规全波长扫描。
Nucleic Acid: 核酸（DNA/RNA）样品的浓度和纯度
Protein：蛋白质A280(1Abs=1mg/mL，BSA，IgG，Lysozyme)
蛋白定量试剂盒法(Lowry法、BCA法、Bradford法)
Cell Culture：细胞溶液
UV-VIS: 紫外-可见全波长扫描（200-850nm）
Microarray：微阵列样品检测，可同时检测荧光染料的浓度和核酸的浓度

测量操作

以移液枪吸取样品（0.3～2µL）滴加到检测平台上。
放下取样臂。
点击软件界面上的“Measure”按钮，即可得出样品参数（吸光度和浓度）和图表。
用干净的吸水纸擦去上下检测平台上的样品。
如需保存图表，可点击“Save Graph”按钮。
待全部样品测定结束后，点击“Show Report”按钮，已测样品的测定数据将出现在Excel表格中。
